The project was to create a collateral design to promote tourism of a city that you would want to visit yourself. Of course, I chose Berlin, a city I have wanted to visit for years. Berlin has so much history, lots of bad, but also much good. Creativity was stifled for many years because of two world wars. Bauhaus art school opened the year after WW1 ended and closed its doors the year that Adolf Hitler was appointed chancellor, in 1933. After the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989 creativity blew up and now drives the city. Today, it is the graphic design capitol of the world and impacts design all around the world. That being exactly the reason that I chose Berlin, my dream destination.
For the overarching design of the collateral, each piece shows off the best that the city has to offer. And every angle is tilted 26 degrees to represent the 26 years since the fall of the Berlin wall to 2015 (the year this was designed). Every word on each piece is translated in English, French, and German, so as to reach the intended targets.

Hope you enjoy!
The most enjoyable part of the collateral was by far the poster. Though trying to stay within the design set by the other two pieces, I switched it up, by just using one large picture (tilted 26 degrees of course). It has remained one of my favorite designs, even to this day.
